Job Description	The candidate will be primarily responsible for the following tasks Implementation of data replication techniques like Oracle Data Guard, MSSQL log shipping & HADR replication Understanding the Production and DR setup of customers and provide them procedures in terms of DR drill best practices Owning and driving the DR drills for the customers by co-ordinating with the relevant stake holders within IBM and from customer side DR Documentation as follows.
