Job Description	The candidate will be primarily responsible for the following tasks Implementation of data replication techniques like Oracle Data Guard, MSSQL log shipping & HADR replication Understanding the Production and DR setup of customers and provide them procedures in terms of DR drill best practices Owning and driving the DR drills for the customers by co-ordinating with the relevant stake holders within IBM and from customer side DR Documentation as follows. Preparing IT DR process and DR plan - Develop IT DR Strategies - Develop DR Strategy for applicable scenarios resulting in unavailability of primary data centre. - Approach for bringing up all applications at DR site in case of a disaster Develop switchover / failover and switchback / fallback procedures for planned and unplanned incidents. -Include access methodology and Network failover / fallback procedure for each application at DR site. Develop roles & responsibilities of each entity in case of a disaster - Replication solution implementation - Prepare IT disaster recovery plan for the applications for disaster recovery.
