Candiates Should Have:

Candiates Should have 4-7 Years of experience in Java/J2EE

Experience working with Web based applications using Servlets, JSP

At least 2 years of solid experience in Struts/JSF

At least 1 year of solid experience in Hibernate

Knowledge of well known design patterns

Understanding of web server configuration and functionality (Apache, Tomcat)

Ability to build technical designs from functional designs using industry-standard notation; specifically UML

Knowledge of Web services & SOA
